How to get rid of lower belly fat?

Sit ups, crunches and leg lifts……..
I'm sure you know what a sit up is, a crunch is lying with your back on the floor, then raise your knees to meet your elbows above you, and leg lifting is similar, lie on the floor on your back, keep your arms on the floor either down your sides or above your head and lift your legs to around 45 degrees of the floor. Do these about 20 times each a couple of times a day……you will feel your stomach muscles ache, that means its working……….no pain no gain……
